Very flexible, and when my jacket was done, they sent some photos, and said that they could change anything i wanted. But it was perfect, identical to the one i wanted. Talked to a very nice woman on e-Mail through the whole prosess, and i can’t honestly say one bad word about this company. Would absolutely recommend!
